The most vulnerable are those overlooked, underserved, or unable to meet their basic needs without support. In San Antonio, that often includes children in low-income families, individuals experiencing homelessness, the elderly without community, and families experiencing disaster distress. Vulnerability shows up in many forms—physical, emotional, financial, and spiritual. At Hand 2 the Plow, we recognize that true vulnerability isn’t just about lack of resources, but also lack of hope and connection. That’s why we exist: to serve, uplift, and walk alongside those in our city who need the compassion of Christ most.
